Sales Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please email orders@cartwheelvintage.com if you have an issue with your order. If there was a mistake on our part - you must reach out within 48 hours of delivery to request an exception. After 48 hours from delivery, no requests will be accepted.

ALL ITEMS ARE USED, unless otherwise noted. It is the buyer's responsibility to review descriptions and photos to understand the condition of the item. Both our vintage and modern products all come from a previous owner. They may show natural signs of wear & age. If a specific flaw is detected but the item is still wearable and/or reasonably repairable it will be labeled and priced “AS IS”. The flaw will be specifically disclosed and the price will account for the nature and severity of the flaw. No sales exceptions will be made on items labeled “AS IS”.

MODERN SIZE ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED. Vintage sizes are usually different from modern sizes. Sizes listed are based on modern estimates unless otherwise noted. If you are not sure if the garment will fit, please email orders@cartwheelvintage.com to request additional measurements PRIOR to ordering. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for sizing discrepancies.

Shipping and Delivery

• All shipments will be sent out within 1-3 business days of order being placed, unless otherwise communicated.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of item(s) and size of package needed. You can select from USPS Priority or Ground shipping at checkout.
• Washington state sales tax is applied to all orders being shipped to a Washington address.
• Insurance and/or Delivery with Signature Confirmation are available upon request. Please email orders@cartwheelvintage.com when you place your order to request these services.
